- Send in a single online application: By May 24, 2024, at noon EST, the W2 application deadline, an applicant may submit just one completed application electronically through the JJ/WBGSP application site to be considered.
- One completed application form, either in English or the language of the applicant’s master’s Programme, includes the applicant’s consent to the terms listed on the application’s signing page. For instance, an application submitted in French by a candidate hoping to be considered for a scholarship to study at a university in the United States or the United Kingdom will not be examined.

- Before the commencement of your JJ/WBGSP application, you must fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Verify that you are not a dual citizen of a developed country and a national of one of the qualifying developing countries. For further information, go to the World Bank website: nations qualified for the JJ/WBGSP;
- Not be a World Bank Group employee (including consultants) or a family member of an employee;
- Possess a bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, obtained at least three years before the application deadline;
